We deliver across Bangladesh through our trusted courier partner, Steadfast.
Delivery times
Inside Dhaka, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery area. Inside-Dhaka and outside-Dhaka rates may differ, and the exact amount is shown in your order summary before you pay. Charges are configurable and may be updated from time to time.
Free shipping
Orders above our free-shipping threshold qualify for free delivery. When your cart total crosses the threshold, the shipping charge is automatically waived at checkout.
Tracking
You can follow your order status anytime from the My Orders page. We'll keep the status updated as your parcel moves toward delivery.
